• Install the engine sprocket and the washer.
• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK to the drive shaft
thread portion.
~99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342"
• Tighten the engine sprocket nut
CD
to the specified torque.
~ Engine sprocket nut: 115 N·m (11.5 kgf-m, 83.2 Ib-ft)
• Install the speed sensor rotor.
• Tighten the speed sensor rotor bolt to the specified torque.
~ Speed sensor rotor bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 Ib-ft)
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the clutch push rod and
install it.
~ 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" (Others)
• Align the hole of the clutch release cylinder with the end of the
clutch push rod when installing the engine sprocket cover.
• Tighten the speed sensor bolt

to the specified torque.
~ Speed sensor bolt: 4.5 N·m (0.45 kgf-m, 3.0 Ib-ft)
• Install the engine sprocket cover and the gearshift lever.
