3.3 POWER CABLES CONNECTIONS

•
When the power supply of the printer is ON, do not pull out the power cables from the socket.
Whenever the plugs are pulled out from the socket, allow one minute or more before inserting the plugs
in the sockets again.
•
Contact the retail outlet of purchase, when the earth connection cannot be established, or when the
earth connection is not given.

3.3.1 Connection procedure

Be sure to read and understand the safety warnings before handling the printer.
Step 1 : Make sure that the power key is switched OFF.

•
The power is switched ON when the [Power] key of the operation panel is pressed. In that case, press
the key once again to switch OFF the power.
Step 2 : Plug the power cables to the AC inlet at the back of the printer.

If a power cable is damaged, contact your local MUTOH dealer.

If you cannot use earth terminals nor find any of them, contact your local MUTOH dealer.
•
Do not unplug the power cables when the printer is ON. If the power cables have been unplugged,
leave the printer for at least 1 minute before plugging the cables in again.
