How to Upgrade Operating System from LAN

Caution: To perform this procedure you will need a Server PC with Windows
NT 4.0 Workstation.
To set up a server PC, see Server PC Setup for Application Install & OS
Maintenance in this chapter.
Caution: CE Platform Software Version 1.2 or later allows 7448
Workstation to install the Operating System onto other 7448 Workstations
instead of using a server PC. The case of using a 7448 Workstation, a master
workstation and client workstation need the CE Platform Software Version 1.2
or later. The Operating System that you wish to load on to the client
workstation needs to be installed on the master workstation, and you need to
start the master workstation using the EX mode.
