How to Install the MSR

1. Remove the Lower Cabinet.
See Removing the Lower Cabinet in Chapter 2 of the NCR 7448 Hardware
Service Guide.
2. Cut off the protrusion on the Lower Cabinet.
3. Secure the MSR on the Upper Cabinet with the two screws.
4. Connect the MSR connector to the J1 connector on the Personality Board.
5. Route the MSR cable in the cable clamp.
