How to Install Application from LAN

6. Press 0 to return to the Install App - STORAGE CARD Menu after the
installation is completed
Note: See Software Installation Errors in this chapter if you get any error

Caution: To perform this procedure you will need a Server PC with Windows
NT 4.0 Workstation.

Maintenance in this chapter.
Caution: CE Platform Software Version 1.2 or later allows 7448
Workstation to install an application onto other 7448 Workstations instead of
using a server PC. The case of using a 7448 Workstation, a master workstation
and client workstation need the CE Platform Software Version 1.2 or later and
the application that supports software installation between workstations. The
application that you wish to load on to the client workstation needs to be
installed on the master workstation, and you need to start the master workstation
using the EX mode. The operation from a client workstation is the same as the
installation from a server PC. ( Enter source IP address or Computer Name of
the master workstation.)
