Note*1: To report the Product Name and Serial Number, the following systems should
be met:
NCR Windows CE 2.12 Platform: D570-0725-0000 (Version 1.04.00 or later)
NCR Windows CE 3.0 Platform: D570-0754-0000 (Version 1.04.00 or later)
If you cannot determine the Product Name and Serial Number, you perform the
Normal BIOS Update sequence first. If the Normal BIOS Update does not
update the NCR 7448 BIOS, perform the Alternative BIOS Update sequence.
Note*2: Prior to the BIOS update operation, some NCR 7448 workstations request
you to enter the Product Name Information and the Serial Number Information.

section in this document.
