Replacing the diskette drive

To replace the diskette drive:

Follow the instructions in
page 36. Make sure that you turn off the server, then unplug the power
cords and all other cables connected to the server.

Remove the media drive bracket. For instructions, see
drive bracket" on page

Remove the CD drive. For instructions, see
page 75.

Lift the ribbon cable's locking bar away from the ribbon cable by lifting
the two tabs on either side of the bar.

Remove the ribbon cable from the connector on the drive.
The drives in the media drive bracket are not
hot-swappable. Before removing the bracket, make sure
that the server is turned off and power cords are
unplugged.
