Standard 2 of 5 Settings

This section lists all configurable settings for decoding the Standard 2
of 5 symbology.
Standard 2 of 5 Settings and Descriptions
Setting

Verify check digit
Transmit check digit
User defined symbology ID
Code mark
Description
Sets the number of start/stop bars to use
for decoding Standard 2 of 5. Options
include:
Identicon, 6 s/s bars (default)
Comp Identics, 4 s/s bars
Enables or disables the optional check
digit for a higher level of security.
Options include:
Disable (default)
Modulo 10
Enables or disables transmission of the
check digit as part of the data in a bar
code.
Default is disabled.
Sets the symbology ID for Standard 2 of
5. Range is 1 to 4 ASCII characters. \xFF is
not supported.
Default is B5.
A one-character code mark that serves as
an identifier for Standard 2 of 5.
Default is D.
