If your computer includes the Flexible Network Radio, you can easily
add carriers and switch between them as needed.
1 In the All Apps screen, tap Carrier Selection.
2 Select a different carrier from the Please select a carrier list.
You can configure the phone to place calls over a Wi-Fi network
connection, instead of through your mobile network. The computer
must be connected to a Wi-Fi network before you can make calls this
way.
Note: Support for this feature depends on your network provider.
