SELCALL OPERATION

■ When receiving a call

D Receiving an individual call

q When recevng an ndvdual call (default settng);
• "PRo" beeps sound.
• The receved code channel name s dsplayed.
• "ë" and the dsplayed channel name blnk, and the SelCall
mute s released when the quet mode s actvated.
w Whle pushng and holdng [PTT], speak nto the mcro-
phone at a normal voce level.
Blink
NOTE: When the ID decode functon s turned ON, the
receved ID code s dsplayed nstead of the channel
name, and memorsed nto the transcever. The ID decode
functon can be turned ON usng the optonal CS-41S
cloning software
• RX code means the Recevng SelCall code. Max. 8 RX
code channels can be pre-programmed nto the trans-
cever usng the CS-41S.
• You can set the transcever's condton when recevng
an ndvdual call usng the CS-41S. See the help file for
settng detals.

Recall the memorised RX code:
q Push [Top]
to enter the functon mode, then
(Functon)
push and hold
(ID-MR)
rsed RX code.
w Push [CH Up] or [CH Down] to select the desred RX code.
e Push [Top] to enter the functon mode, then
(Functon)
push and hold for 2 sec. to transmt the code on
(Call)
the selected channel.
