7.3 NIC Hot Plugging
This section describes the hot plugging procedure for a NIC incorporated into teaming.
Note

Be sure to perform hot plugging after removing the card. If the card is not removed, the operating system
may stop.

There are some precautions on teaming with Intel PROSet(R). For details on the precautions, see

1. Confirm physical location, segment number and bus number of NIC to be replaced.
