4. Selecting the Finishing Function

Touch the desired finishing function key.

NOTES
• The sizes of the paper for Hole Punch are
and Letter C.
L
• Hole Punch is not possible in the Interrupt
mode.
• When making copies in the Hole Punch Mode,
make sure to load the originals in the document
feeder in the correct direction.
Useful Tips
• If you do not select a hole-punching position,
the machine automatically sets the Hole Punch
position according to the original feeding
direction as illustrated below.
