date on the received document.

Enter the reduction ratio from the 10-Key
Pad or using [ ] or [ ].

Useful Tips
• Touching [ ↓ ] or [ ↑ ] will select "60%," "65%, "
"80%," "85%, " "90%, " "95%," or "100%" for
the reduction ratio.
• Use the same procedure to set "Cut Off
Length."
• Touching [ ↓ ] or [ ↑ ] will select "0 mm," "8
mm, " "12 mm," "14 mm," "18 mm," "20 mm,"
or "24 mm" for the cut-off length.
• If the document is still longer than the print
paper when reduced by the maximum reduction

ratio, it will be divided when printed instead of
being reduced.
<For "Unselectable Cassette">
Select the paper source to be excluded from
the possible choices.
