6 Turn ON the RMX.
7 Login on to the RealPresence Collaboration Server Web Client.
When a new ISDN card is installed you are required to do the following:

Installing or Replacing the RTM LAN

The RTM LAN card on the rear of the RMX 2000 provides connectivity to all the MCU modules. The RTM
LAN card must be seated opposite to an MPMx/MPMRx card located in the top slots on the front of the RMX.

Removing an Existing RTM LAN Card

Use the following procedure to remove the RTM LAN card from its slot (not required when installing a new
card).
To remove an existing RTM LAN card:
1 Ensure that the power switch/circuit switch on the RMX 2000 is turned OFF (O).
2 Remove the cables connected to the card.
3 Unscrew the captive screws on the rear panel of the RMX 2000 that secure the RTM LAN card.

4 Carefully slide the RTM LAN card out through the rear panel.
