RealPresence Collaboration Server (RMX) 2000 LEDs
The RMX includes LEDs located on the front panel and rear panel. In the front panel, the LEDs reflect the
state of the components. The LEDs on the rear panel indicate the state of the external connections and the
status of the RTM IP card.
Front Panel LEDs
The following items appear on the RMX 2000 front panel.

Green
OK.
Red
Warning - Fan or power failure.
Green
OK.
Red
Error - Problem with power supply.
When the power cable is unplugged, the FAIL LED is lit 2-3
seconds before turning OFF.
Red
ON - Major error on card.
Flashes - During card startup.
Green
ON - The card has completed startup successfully, after the
ERR, RDY & ACT LED's have stopped flashing.
Flashes - During card startup.
Amber
ON - At least one participant is connected to a conference.
Flashes - During card startup.
Blue
Flashes - Shut down process initiated by lightly pulling the CPU
ejector levers. This LED flashes in synchronization with the
CNTL's card's HS LED.
ON - Card is in a power down mode.
Card removal Initiated - The card can be removed safely once
the CPU ejector levers are fully open.
Card Insertion Initiated - If during the startup phase the blue
HS LED remains lit, please ensure that the card is properly
seated in the chassis. If this problem persists, contact your next
level of support.
