The Data Bits Menu

The Data Bits menu, RS232:DATA BITS, allows you to select either
7 or 8 data bits. The factory default is 8.
To change this numeric value once you are in this menu, use the Test
key to lower the value or use the Menu
to the desired amount; then, press the Enter
selection.

The Stop Bits Menu

The Stop Bits menu, RS232:STOP BITS, allows you to select either
1 or 2 stop bits. The factory default is 1.
To change this numeric value once you are in this menu, use the Test
key to lower the value or use the Menu
to the desired amount; then, press the Enter
selection.
The Parallel, LocalTalk,
EtherTalk, and LinePrinter Menus
Use the Parallel and LocalTalk menus (I/F:Parallel and I/F:LTALK)
to configure the parallel and LocalTalk interfaces. Use the EtherTalk
and LinePrinter menus (I/F: ETALK and I/F:LPR) to configure the
Ethernet interface. Each of these four menus includes two submenus
which work in the same manner. The submenus are
