Receiving Confidential Faxes

Receiving Confidential Faxes
If you need to receive a message which should not be seen by anyone else, have the person send the
message as a confidential fax.
Before you can receive confidential fax messages, you must first set up a confidential mail box. Next, you
must give your mail box number to the person sending you the confidential message.
When your fax machine receives a confidential message, it will store the message unprinted in the mail
box (in memory) until you enter a password. You must communicate with another Okidata machine in
order to utilize this feature.
