Power Off Report
If power is interrupted to your fax machine. The power failure may have interfered with delayed
transmissions, messages received into memory or other communications.
- In this case, your fax machine will automatically print a power off report to alert you. The
information in this report is the same as the activity report.
To find transmissions that may have been lost, refer to the power off report. If the transmission is
not listed, this means was erased during the power off condition.
To find memory receptions which were lost, refer to the power off report to find out if there are
receptions listed which did not actually print.
