Canceling a Delayed Transmission

Canceling a Delayed Transmission
To cancel a delayed transmission from the document feeder or from memory before it has been sent,
follow the instructions below.
1 Press the Stop key. The display will show COMMUNICATION CANCEL.
2 Press the Yes < key. The display will show the Location ID of the delayed transmission
currently
loaded in your fax machine.
3 If the displayed transmission is the one you want to cancel, press the Yes < key. Press the No
> key
to abort the cancellation and return to standby mode if you are canceling a single delayed
transmission
from the feeder or from memory. If multiple delayed transmissions are programmed, press the

No > key to cycle through them.
4 If documents are loaded in the feeder, press the Stop key again to remove the documents from
the document feeder.
