Transmission Options
1 Load your documents.
2 Press the Select Function key.
3 Press the One Touch key for the transmission option you want to select.
4 Follow the appropriate instruction:
1/Delayed TX key: Press the No > key. Using the numeric keypad, enter the desired date of
transmission and press the Yes F key. Enter the desired time of transmission.
2/Broadcast Memory TX key: Select the locations of transmission. Press the Yes F after each
selection. When you are finished, press the No > key.
3/Confidential TX key: Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of the confidential mail box
you are transmitting to. Press the Yes F key. Select a location. Press the Start key to begin
transmission.
4/Relay Initiate TX key: Press the No > key. Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit
password of the relay key station. Press the Yes F key, then press the No > key. Using the
numeric keypad, enter the 2-digit number of the relay key station. Press the Yes F key. Select a
location, then press Start to begin transmission.
5/Polling key: Once your documents are loaded, your fax machine will wait to be polled.
