Conference Not Started
The failure route defines what happens when a participant dials into a conference that has no started. In
the example the conference participant is played a message stating that the conference has no
started..
To create a conference not started route:
1. Create a recording similar to the following:
"Sorry, the conference you are trying to join has not started yet. Please call back later."
2. Click Basic Actions.
3. Click Generic.
4. Click in the Details pane to place the action.

Change the Token Name to Play NotStarted.wav.




Click Close.

