Chapter 22: Workgroup Configuration
The campaign names and caller IDs then appear in MaxAgent, MaxCommunicator, and
MaxOutlook in the MaxCall tab drop-down list:
To edit a Transmitted CID
1. Select a campaign and click the Edit button. The Campaign and Transmitted Caller
ID dialog box opens:
2. Make your changes, and click OK.
To delete a Transmitted CID
Select the campaign and click the Delete button. The entry is deleted.
