When replenishing any place with the grease other than the designated one will result in
the damage of components.
(1) replenishing the face plate section (felt, intermediate presser link, hinge screw) with
grease
(2) replenishing the face plate section (needle bar, intermediate presser bar, guide bar)
with grease
1) Open the top face cover and take out grease
(40013640) (purple).
2) Open the face cover.
3) Supplement grease to the felt secton (3
places) and the hnge screws around them.
4) Replensh the workng secton as shown wth
the arrow mark (hnge screws and the perph-
ery of the groove) wth grease.
1) Take out grease (40006323) (lght blue) sup-
pled wth the unt.
2) Open the face cover.
3) Replensh needle bar, ntermedate presser
bar and gude bar wth the grease.
