4） 下 停 止 位 置 の 調 整 後、 ミ シ ン コ ン ト ロ ー ラ を 針 上 位 置 設 定 に し て 上 停 止 位 置 を 確 認 し ま す。
上停止位置がずれている場合は、上位置検出板 5 で微調整してください。
5） 停止位置の調整後、 検出器 1 のカバーを取り付けます。 ミシンコントローラを針下位置設定に戻します。
• Apply the adjustment below to the models which are not provided with built-in synchronizer.
• Be sure to confirm that the stop position is proper before performing the thread trimming operation.
Adjust the stop position in the state that the synchronizer is actually installed to the sewing machine. At this time,
remove the connector for the sewing machine for safety's sake. When you remove a connector, please be sure to
turn OFF the power. When you adjust the UP position detecting plate 5 , and when you turn the joint of synchro-
nizer, please be sure to turn OFF the power. Set the needle UP/needle DOWN position setting with function No. 10
(specifying the needle bar position when the sewing machine stops).
1) Temporarily fix synchronizer 1 to the handwheel.
2) Remove the cover of synchronizer 1 , and adjust edge section 6 of outside UP position detecting plate 5 to
the position of scale of DOWN position detecting plate 7 in accordance with the respective models. For the
position of scale of the respective models, refer to the list 1.
3) After confirming that the connectors for sewing machine have been removed, set the sewing machine control-
ler to the needle DOWN position setting, loosen setscrews 2 of synchronizer 1 , turn the joint, and adjust the
stop position so that DOWN position engraved marker dot 4 aligns with engraved marker dot 3 on the ma-
chine arm. Engraved marker dot of stop position of the handwheel changes in accordance with the respective
models. Refer to the list 2.
4) After adjusting DOWN stop, set the sewing machine controller to the needle UP position setting and confirm the
UP stop position. When UP stop position is improper, perform fine adjustment with UP position detecting plate 5 .
5) After adjusting the stop position, attach the cover of synchronizer 1 . Return the sewing machine controller to
the needle DOWN position setting.

• 糸切り動作を行う前に、停止位置が正しいかを、
必ず確認してください。
実際にミシンに取り付けた状態で停止位置を調整し
てください。このとき、安全のためミシン用コネク
タは外してください。ミシン用コネクタ を外すとき
は、必ず電源を OFF にしてください。上位置検出板
5 を調整しているときと、検出器の継手を回すとき
は必ず電源を OFF にしてください。
針上 / 針下位置設定は、機能 No.10（ミシン停止時
の針棒位置指定）で設定します。
1） 検出器 1 をはずみ車に仮止めします。
2） 検出器 1 のカバーを外し、外側の上位置検出板
3） ミシン用コネクタが外されていることを確認後、

5 のエッジ部 6 を下位置検出板 7 の目盛の位
置に各機種ごとにあわせてください。各機種の
目盛位置は表 1 を参照してください。
ミシンコントローラを針下位置設定にして、は
ずみ車の下位置刻点 4 とアーム刻点 3 が一致
するように検出器 1 の止めねじ 2 を緩めて継
手を回し、停止位置を調整してください。
はずみ車の停止位置刻点は各機種ごとに違いま
すので、表 2 を参照してください。
