BEFORE OPERATION

CAUTION:
Check the following so as to prevent maloperalion of and damage to the machine.
•
Before you put the machine into operation for the first lime after the set-up, clean it thoroughly .
Remove all dust gathering during transportation and oil it well.
•
Confirm that voltage has been correclly set.
Confirm that the power plug has been properly connected to the power supply.
•
Never use the machine in the state where the voltage type is different from the designated one .
•
The direction of normal rotation of the machine is counterclockwise as observed from the pulley side .
Take care not to allow the machine to rotate In the reverse direction.
•
Never operate the machine unless the machine head and the oil tank have been filled with oil .
•
For a test run, remove the bobbin and the needle thread .
•
For the first month, decrease the sewing speed and run DNU-1541 and •1541S al a speed of 2,000 rpm or
less, and DNU-1541H al a speed of 1,600 rpm or less.
•
Operate the handwheel after the machine has totally stopped •

VORSICHT:
Oberprilfen Sle dle folgenden Punkle, um Fehlbedlenung und Beschiidlgung der
Maschlne zu verhO!en.
•
Reinigen Sie die Maschine grundllch, bevor Sie sie nach der Installation erstmalig in Betrleb nehmen •
Saubern Sie die Maschine grundllch von Staub, der sich wiihrend des Transports angesammelt hat, und
olen Sie sie gut.
•
Vergewissern Sle sich, daB die Spannung korrekt eingestelll worden isl.
Vergewlssern Sle sich, daB der Netzstecker korrekl an das Slromnetz angeschlossen warden isl.
•
Betreiben Sle die Maschlne niemals mit einer anderen als der vorgeschriebenen Spannung .
•
Die normale Laufrlchtung der Maschine 1st von der Riemenschelbe aus gesehen entgegen dem Uhrzeigerslnn .
Lassen Sie nicht zu, daB slch die Maschine nicht in der entgegengesetzten Richtung dreh!.
•
Betrelben Sle die Maschlne nlemals, ohne daB Maschinenkopf und Oltank mil 01 gefullt worden sind .
•
Enlfernen Sie Spule und Nadelfaden fiir einen Probelauf •
•
Verringern Sie Im ersten Monat die Nlihgeschwindigkeit, und betreiben Sie DNU-1541 und-1541S mit maximal
2.000 SI/min, und DNU-1541H mit maximal 1.600 SI/min.
•
Betiiligen Sle das Handrad erst, nachdem die Maschine zum vollkommenen Stlllstand gekommen 1st.

AVANT L'UTILISATION

ATTENTION:
Pour ne pas risquer des anomalies ou d'endommager la machine, verifier les points
suivants.
•
Avant la premiere mise en service qui suit l'installatlon, nettoyer completement la machine .
Enlever toute la poussiere ayant pu s'accumuler pendant le transport et blen lubrl!ier la machine.
•
S'assurer que la machine a ete reglee sur la tension correc!e •
S'assurer egalement que la fiche secleur est bien connectee a l'alimenlallon.
•
Ne jamals utiliser la machine avec une tension eleclrique differente de celle pour laquelle elle est prevue .
•
La machine dolt tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre lorsqu'on la regarde depuls le cote
de la poulie. Ne pas la faire tourner a l'envers.
•

Ne jamais utiliser la machine sans avolr rempll d'huile la Hite de la machine et le reservoir d'hulle .
Pour une marche d'essal, retirer la canette et le Iii d'aigullle .
•
Para el primer mes, disminuya la velocidad e cosido y opere la maquina, DNU-1541 y-1541S a una velocidad
de 2.000 ppm o menos, y la DNU-1541H a una velocldad de 1.600 ppm o menos.
•
Ne pas toucher le volant Ian! que la machine n'est pas compliltement arretee .
