Orientation of Original Document

Orientation of the original must be specified to use the following
functions.

Follow the steps as below to specify the original orientation.

Note The default setting for the original orientation may be
changed. For further details, refer to Orientation of Original
Document on page 3-17.
Place the original.
Press [Function] and then press [

According to the placed orientation of the original, press [Top Edge
Top] or [Top Edge Left].
Press [Close].
Configure the functions which require specification of the original
orientation, such as Duplex mode.
Press the Start key. Copying begins.
