Removing the 500-Sheet Feeder
1. Switch OFF the printer power.
2. Unplug the printer from the AC wall outlet.
3. Remove the power cord from the back of the
printer.
4. Squeeze each of the rear feeder joints while
sliding them out of the printer/feeder.
5. Remove the 250-Sheet cassette, the 500-Sheet
cassette or the Envelope cassette.
WARNING! Remove all options before
attempting to lift or move the printer.

6. Squeeze each of the front feeder joints while
sliding them out of the printer/feeder.
7. Lift the printer off the 500-Sheet feeder.
8. reinstall the 250-Sheet cassette.
9. Connect the AC power cord to the rear of the
printer
10. Connect the other end of the AC power cord
to a grounded AC wall outlet.
11. Switch ON the printer power.

The 500-Sheet cassette holds up to 500 sheets of
standard 20lb to 28lb paper. Refer to Appendix A,
"Selecting Print Media" for information on
choosing the correct paper types and sizes to use
with this printer.
