Copy management mode content
Assigns a 7-digit Dept. code and a maximum number of copies to the departments in your
organization. Up to 500 departments can be assigned. Limits are set in units of 1,000
sheets, up to a maximum of 999,000.
Entering "0" enables unlimited copying.
When a department reaches its limit, the copier will not make any more copies.
Deletes registered Dept. codes.
Alters limits for the copies of respective departments without deleting or re-registering the
Dept. codes.
Clears all the copy counts for the various departments after a suitable period of time. Copy
counts cannot be cleared individually, however.
Displays the number of copies. The total number of copies can be displays, as well as by
paper size and Dept. code.
Prints out the number of copies made by Dept. code.
Turn copy management ON when required (to apply the settings made). Turn it OFF when
not required.
