X63: Standard 24-pin ATX power connector

Note
1. The ATX 5V standby disconnection is for debug purpose only. Don't use it for normal operation.
2. The SW26 button serves the same function as the JP11 jumper. The 5V standby will be disconnected by pressing SW26.
