be hot. Be careful when
removing a jammed card.

If a card jams in the retransfer section, "Jam (Transfer)" is displayed on the
LCD panel. To remove the jammed card:
Slide the door latch to the right and open the printer door.

Press the retransfer film cartridge eject button and remove the

retransfer film cartridge.
Open the card hopper and

remove the jog lever by
pushing the retaining tab
toward the front of the printer
and lifting the jog lever.
Use the jog lever to turn the

jog dial counterclockwise until
the card can be removed.
Remove the card.

6 Replace the retransfer film
cartridge and initialize the
retransfer film as described in
"Initialize the retransfer film"
on page 17 .
