This section shows the PLC error information that is displayed on the Error Information Screen. The
display data details and type depend on the connected PLC. Refer to the manual for the connected
PLC for countermeasures for PLC errors.
Types of error information displayed
System error (FALS)
Too many I/O Units
I/O settings error
I/O bus error *** (***: rack number)
No END instruction

Unit No. duplication error
