Connecting to an external triggering device

To connect your Matrox GatorEye to an external triggering device, connect the
negative opto-isolated trigger input line of your Matrox GatorEye to the external
triggering device's ground.
❖ Note that, in this configuration, your Matrox GatorEye and the trigger generator
are partially isolated because they share a common ground.
