1. Move the product until you have access to all the
grease nipples (A).
2. Stop the product and disconnect the power cord.

3. Clean the grease nipples (A).
4. Replace broken or blocked grease nipples.
5. Use a grease gun to lubricate the the grease nipples
(A), and the joints and cylinder mountings in the
outriggers and arm system. Push the grease gun
2–3 times or until grease can be seen at the edges.

7. Extend the outriggers.
8. Retract and lift the arm system.
9. Rotate the tower 45–50˚ to the right.
10. Stop the product and disconnect the power cord.

Note:
You get access to the grease nipple (C)
through the hole in the base plate, and to the grease
nipple (D) through the inspection slot on the left side
of the tower.
12. Replace broken or blocked grease nipples.
13. Lubricate the grease nipples (B), (C) and (D) with
a grease gun. Push the grease gun 2–3 times or
until grease can be seen at the edges. Refer to
Lubricants on page 147 .
CAUTION:
nipples in the inspection slot. Make sure
that you attach the grease gun to the
correct grease nipple (D).
14. Start the product. Refer to
95) on page 70 .
15. Rotate the tower 90–100˚ to the left.
16. Stop the product and disconnect the power cord.

17. Clean the grease nipple (E).
18. Replace the grease nipple if it is broken or blocked.
19. Lubricate the grease nipples (D) and (E) with a
grease gun. Push the grease gun 2–3 times or
until grease can be seen at the edges. Refer to
Lubricants on page 147 .
CAUTION:
nipples in the inspection slot. Make sure
that you attach the grease gun to the
correct grease nipple (E).
To lubricate the product (DXR 145)
CAUTION:
lubrication is not followed, there is a high risk
that the seals of the gear ring are pushed
out. If the seals are pushed out, dirt can
go into the ball bearing of the gear ring
and cause damage. Damaged seals must
be replaced.
