If you are using FBxEdge as a client of FTP, there is no need to configure an FTP server.

Secure Socket Shell (SSH)

Note
SSH access is provided only for technical support usage; customers have no SSH access.
SSH is typically used to log into a remote machine and execute commands, but it also
supports tunneling, forwarding TCP ports, and X11 connections. It can also transfer files
using the associated SSH file transfer (SFTP) or secure copy (SCP) protocols. SSH uses the
client-server model. In most cases, FBxEdge-maintained servers require SSH-based
connections.

Remote Access allows you to access FBxEdge software from another network location.
