8. At this point you can either press F2 to log into the console or use the IP address to
log into the Web user interface.
Make sure your TCP/IP settings reflect the port the Ethernet cable is using. Refer to
Figure 3-1

FBxEdge uses a self-signed certificate. Follow the browser guidelines for how to bypass a
self-signed security error message.
The initial username and password (admin and edge) are provided so that the
administrator can define a local username and password. Change them on the first use.
3.2
Accessing FBxEdge
The FBxEdge software requires a license to function. When first installed, FBxEdge uses a
15-day trial license. After 15 days, the system will not function unless you apply an actual
(non-trial) license.
