Note
ROC Plus and DNP3 protocols do not require you to define a status register to determine
a device's status: FBxEdge reports that automatically. A status register is more suited to
devices using the Modbus protocol. However, FBxEdge does allow you to configure a
specific tag as a status register if the need exists.

Indicates the name of the register. Click  to display all
defined names (PT, OP, History, Events, Alarms) and select
a name from that list.
Indicates the register's data type. Click  to display all
defined data types (HEX or JSON) and select a data type
from that list.
Indicates how often the system polls the driver; enter 0 to
disable auto-polling.
Provides a description of the status register.
Identifies the opcode associated with this status register. .
Click  to display all defined opcodes.
