FITTING THE OPTIONAL CHANNELLING KIT
If you have purchased an optional channelling kit for models Trebol and Mila, consisting of a fan with plenum box and the interconnection wire
with the motherboard, you must take into account the following steps for its installation (see drawing D8.2).
-
First of all, the side chambers of the stove must be removed to gain access to the inside of the stove.
-
Next, you must position the plenum box and the turbine in the position shown and proceed to fix them by positioning and tightening the
screws supplied.
-
Finally, you must connect the existing cable on the turbine to the electronic board of the stove, on connector "A1 (pin 7 and 8)". Do not
forget to turn off the power supply to the stove before making this connection.

SERVICING AND CARE
The maintenance operations guarantee a proper working of the product over its lifetime. Not making these maintenance operations will affect
the security of the product.
9.1
BURNER CLEANING
In all models, the burner cleaning must be
made daily (see drawing D9.1).
Remove the burner from its place and
clean the holes.
Use a vacuum to get rid of the ashes
in the burner. You can buy a Bronpi
vacuum-cleaner in the same Bronpi
distributor where you bought your stove.
D9.2
D9.4
The cleaning of the stove chimney should only be made when the equipment is cold. A chimney sweep should perform this task and, at the
same time, examine the smoke duct (it is recommended to write down the dates of every cleaning and keep a register of them).
INSTALLATION, OPERATING AND SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
9.2
CLEANING THE ASH PAN
The ash pan should be emptied when necessary. The stove should not be operated without having
the ash pan inside (see drawing D9.2).
9.3
SEALS OF THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND
GLASS FIBRE
The seals of the doors guarantee stove hermetic nature and, thus, a
proper performance (see drawing D9.3).
It is necessary to check them regularly; if they are worn-out or
damaged they should be replaced immediately. You can find
ceramic cord and self-adhesive fibre at the same Bronpi distributor
where you bought your stove.
You can regulate the adjustment of the door according to the
progressive wear of the seal gaskets through the screws on the front of the door, tightening and
loosening these screws you will achieve the correct adjustment of the door. (see drawing D9.4).
These operations should be done exclusively by an authorised technician.
An authorised technician must do the maintenance at least once a year.
9.4
CLEANING THE CHIMNEY
When the pellet is burnt slowly, it produces tar deposits and other organic vapours that combined
with the humidity to create soot (creosote). An excessive accumulation of soot may cause problems
in the smoke outlet and the flue may catch fire if not maintained.
