7.2 Replacing the Timing Belt

The length and the replacement procedure of the timing belts for G10 series and G20 series

are different.

Hexagonal wrench

Suitable cord (Length about 800 mm)

Wiping cloth

G10 : width 12 mm

G20 : width 12 mm

width across flats: 1.5 mm

width across flats: 3 mm

width across flats: 4 mm

For M3 set screw

For M4 screw

For M5 screw

For cutting wire tie

Belt tension 160 N (16.3 kgf)

For belt tension

For wiping grease
