If only Illegal Parking Detection is enabled in a scene, the device automatically switches to
the next scene when no evidence picture capturing is triggered for the set Auto-switch
Interval.

3.5.6 Traffic Data Collection

The device collects and uploads traffic data including vehicle speed, traffic volume, headway time,
headway distance, time occupancy of a lane, and space occupancy of a lane.
Before You Start
Set detection scenes and detection areas. See Set Detection Scene and Set Lane Area for details.
Steps
1. Go to VCA → Intell Traffic Event → Common Settings → Speed Dome Rule Settings .
2. Select Traffic Data Collection.
3. Check Enable.
4. Select Arm Lane.
Traffic data collection takes effect in the selected lane areas.
5. Set Statistics Interval.
Traffic volume in a lane is counted and uploaded by the statistics interval.
6. Click Save.

3.5.7 ITS Linkage and Alarm

When traffic events are detected, the device can perform linkage actions, for example, uploading
captured pictures and sending alarm messages.
Note
Some linkage actions may not be supported by certain device models.
Upload Pictures
Set the parameters for the device to automatically upload captured pictures to FTP server or other
platforms.
