Chapter 1 Overview
1.1 Product Introduction
The network speed dome combines a panoramic channel and a PTZ channel to offer overall and
detailed HD monitoring.
1.2 Key Function
The key functions of the device are as follows.
Audio and Visual Alarm
The device supports flashing light alarm and audio alarm to warn intruders off.
Linked Tracking and Capture
The panoramic channel and the PTZ channel work together to detect, locate and track targets in
both overall pictures and adequate details.
Face Capture
The device detects, captures, grades, and filters moving faces, and outputs captured pictures.
Capture Target with Feature
The device captures faces and human bodies and extracts features of the target.
Person Arming
The device detects the armed face or human body in the monitoring scene. When the wanted
targets are found, the device triggers alarms, and starts tracking and capturing the target. The
realtime target location and other related information are uploaded during tracking if properly
configured.
Vehicle Detection
The device detects vehicles in the detection area, recognizes license plates, captures and saves
pictures, and uploads alarms.
Vehicle Arming
The device detects the armed vehicle (license plates) in the monitoring scene. When the wanted
vehicles are found, the device triggers alarms, and starts tracking and capturing the target. The
real-time target location and other related information are uploaded during tracking if properly
configured.
