Global compatibility — The NBPs use industry standard Ethernet communication
protocols, including DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP, NTP, SFTP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH,
TCP/IP, and UDP/IP.
Network connection — The NBPs support 10Base-T up to 100Base-T Ethernet
communication.
Additional security features — Each control processor can use the included Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate or a user-supplied, customized security certificate (see
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates
