Configure Device diagnostics to report Alerts to AMS manager
The value entered for diagnostic bytes 0 thru 3 depends on the number of configured input or output channels for
the device. The value 255 for mask byte 0 determines the diagnostics of the first 8 channels will be reported to
AMS.
Note - Fail safe function may also be enabled and fail safe data may be configured for output modules.
