The transceiver is transmitting or receiving data at
10 Gbps.
This LED state can result from the following
conditions:

The transceiver slot is empty.

The transceiver has not established a link
with a network device.
 The LEDs on the Ethernet line cards are
turned off. To turn on the LEDs, use the
eco-friendly button.
