On the measurement examples below, only the OBS-5XX is described. However, it can
be replaced by E81BBS2A.

Performing the reference

It is mandatory to perform a broadband source referencing once a day or each time the
fiber patchcord has to be changed.
To make a reference, connect your OBS-5XX or BBS to the test module just like shown
on figure below.
