Maintenance
Apply engine oil to a new O-ring [1] and install it onto the
clutch cover [2].
Install the clutch cover with the O-ring onto the right
crankcase cover.

Install the clutch cover bolt (long) [1] and clutch cover
bolts (short) [2].
Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern in two or three
steps.
Adjust the clutch lever freeplay 2-55.
Install the right crankcase over cover 1-9.
Fill the engine with the recommended oil 2-32.
Start the engine and check for oil leaks.

CONTROL CABLES
THROTTLE CABLE LUBRICATION
Remove the dust cover [1].
Remove the bolts [2] and separate the throttle housing
[3].
Disconnect the throttle cable ends [4] from the throttle
pipe [5].
Remove the right handlebar grip from the throttle pipe if
necessary.
Clean around for throttle pipe and handlebar contact
area.
