Callstatus Notifications are returned in the following format:
notification:callstatus:<direction>:<connection id>:<far site

• direction is incoming
• connection id is a unique ID of the current call
• far site name is name of the far site
• far site number is the number of the far site—IP address, ISDN number,
or extension of the far site
