Cause
● The bypass fan
is not
functioning
properly, or the
air channel is
blocked.
● The ambient
temperature
exceeds the
upper
threshold.
● The load is
excessive.
● The inter-rack
parallel system
CAN bus is
disconnected
or short-
circuited.
● Only one rack
works in a
parallel system.
● An ECM is
faulty.
The inter-rack
industrial
frequency
synchronization
cable is broken.
The inter-rack
carrier
synchronization
cable is broken.
● The intra-rack
INVBYP cable is
broken.

Solution
1. Check the bypass fan and
air channel. If the fan is
faulty, replace it.
2. Check that the ambient
temperature has not
exceeded 40°C.
3. Check that there is no
overload.
1. Check the inter-rack
parallel system CAN bus.
2. Rectify the disconnection
or short-circuit fault.
3. Replace the ECM.
