*IDN? Read Instrument's Identification string
*RST Reset instrument to default settings
Read the instrument's identification string. The returned string has the following
format, it can be up to 72 characters long:
"Tektronix Inc.Model code,SN,FWREV"
Model code (see the following table for your instrument model.)
SN = serial number
FWREV = firmware revision
