CABIN FURNISHINGS

CABINETS

The cabinets installed in the passenger cabin include the forward wardrobe and aft lavatory storage and vanity cabinets.
Small items may be stored in the armledge storage boxes, the divan end cabinets, and the extended aft cabinet.

Armledge Storage Boxes

Storage boxes, located in the armledges at each single seat position and behind the divan, provide general storage for
small items. Some storage boxes house the telephone handsets or remote controls.

Forward Wardrobe Cabinet

WARNING: Make sure the wardrobe doors are correctly closed during taxi, takeoff, and landing. Failure to
observe this warning may result in injury to cabin occupants.
The forward wardrobe cabinet
(Figure
25) provides storage for garments, emergency equipment (not detailed in this
manual), and entertainment components. The interior of the wardrobe is closed by an acoustic curtain. An acoustic
curtain which separates the entry area from the main passenger door is stored in a compartment in the aft side of the
wardrobe.
An LED light strip which is activated by a switch on the wardrobe switch panel provides general illumination inside the
wardrobe. A cooling fan, which operates when the aircraft has power, is installed to supply ventilation for the
entertainment system components. The wardrobe also contains a third air crew member oxygen mask and
communications panel.
