Cleaning the espresso maker
To drain the espresso maker water tank, do the steps that follow:
1. Locate the drain valve just above the drain grate.
2. Rotate the drain valve clockwise 90° to drain the water left in the tank.
3. When no more water drains, rotate the drain valve counterclockwise 90° to close.
4. Clean the drain pan.
To clean spills on and around the espresso maker, do the steps that follow:
1. Wipe clean with a soft cloth moistened with water.
2. For stubborn spills, a mild soap and water solution can be used to moisten a soft cloth and wipe spots clean.
To clean the drain pan, do the steps that follow:
1. Remove and wipe the drain pan grate with a soft moist cloth.
2. Use an absorbent cloth or sponge to clean the liquid from the drain pan.
3. Install the drain pan grate.
